Racial and Ethnic Justice

Submissions: The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts prepared by law school or other faculty, students, and practitioners.

Manuscripts may be submitted electronically to hlsblj@mail.law.harvard.edu. Physical copies are not accepted. Footnotes should comply with A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Unpublished hard-copy submissions will be returned only if accompanied by a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope.
